Problems With Squealing Brakes?Are your squealing brakes driving you crazy? If you've tried different brands of pads and each set being quiet for a few days only to start squealing again, then try this: Apply a thin coat of blue Permatex to the backs of the brake pads. Let the Permatex "set up" on the pad for 1/2 hour or so and install the pads. Wait at least 2 to 3 hours before driving the car and the noise will disappear. Return from Squealing Brakes to Hot Rod Brakes
